There were plenty of activities for children, music, Kona Shaved Ice, Rita's Italian Ice, La Yogurt, Gabby's cheese pizza and displays of emergency equipment and demonstrations, such as cat and dog CPR — using Clinton First Aid and Rescue's oxygen tank and mask for pets — performed on plush animals by Michelle Gardner of Clinton rescue and Ryan Nelson of Hampton and Clinton rescue. The fourth annual event in Hunterdon was again presented at no charge to attendees. It is organized by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s and Sheriff's offices in partnership with the SAFE Coalition and Crime Stoppers. Those groups are also the sponsors, along with local businesses and other county emergency responders. |
